I have patented a unique beach umbrella system and my umbrella system has become the safest, easiest to setup and arguably most popular beach umbrella worldwide. Over the past 5 years we have grown by 160% year after year. With this explosive growth we have experience “Growing Pains”.
In 2019 I made the decision to build our first of three facilities with the emphasis on corporate headquarters, production, fulfillment, and warehousing. The COVID-19 pandemic delayed our completion by more than a year. Our intention was to move into our new facility as our 5-year lease ran out. Unfortunately, our landlord evicted us because they had a new 5-year lease in place with another tenant.
Tim Lawson who works for K-5 Solutions found us a temporary facility on a month-to-month basis. We were able to move our entire inventory and manufacturing to this building. When we finally moved into our new facility, we discovered that our racks were full. Again K-5 stepped up to the plate with a very affordable offsite warehousing plan.
For over 40 years I have worked with business vendors from manufacturing to banking to logistics. I have worked with them all, good and bad. As our company continues to grow, I will continue to count on Tim Lawson and K-5 when unexpected and unplanned resources are needed. They are the best!!
